June 13 Snap out of it…
Seems after serious ill in Jan , just recover for sometime , almost over 3 month never touch on the bike,. All training sessions during the over few week in HK , and also improved up, In last months DownHill race in Nan jing , just 2 sec after Li jun , almost 30 raide ,I got a 6 th place, 10 people fr SH , 5 people got place, podium in NJ . Pretty happy with it , finally I got back on the bike strong and enthusiastic. snap out of it, Fully confident to hit the trails , on no mistake for any corner , only one think of it … was only can try the race trails on one times before the racing . it was a awesome ride and make me back to confident of live again!

PS: the brain is the most complex object in the known universe. March 15 day of de ja vuMarch 15th is not a special day, but 2 months ago I was fever at home , who know the next day …I was cant wake up at all , even cant open my mobile phone to make helping call, first time in hospital , first time try the wheel chair flight back HK for cure, spend more than 45 grand , 2 month for recover.
